At present I'm running both sides of the ball, but I'm an OC at heart. I'm hoping to find someone who is willing to step in, take time to learn the ropes, and take on a few games next season while I take the brunt of the job and then take on the full time job in the future.
The AI that is in place is sophisticated, but not so complicated that it can't be picked up readily and adapted to your own style
