I want to renegotiate 1 contract but can only find the button to renegotiate all. What happens if you leave contracts as they are in the renegotiate list, will they be ignored when you press "send offers" or will i have to change all of those to "none" or they will all get a new cotract proposal?

Click the offer button beside the players contract on the roster page.
