pee wee still exists?

Sounds like a horrible job. 1-2 hours of scouting for one package. A sure scape goat for any loss and someone looking over your shoulder second guessing every move you make.

To be honest, probably more like 30-60 min of scouting.

Someone taking over my whole offense would be a scapegoat, but since this person is only responsible for one package, bad calls by them shouldn't have a major impact. I currently evenly split 5 package for most of my 1st-2nd calls, ie 20% each with AA set on Medium. In the new system, each would be reduced to 10% and this person's package would be the other 50%. If AA works well that game, their package will be called a lot of it's working well and not called a lot otherwise.

This is basically my playoff system, but I currently populate that 50% playoff package myself. Looking to keep this same system going through the regular season, but have someone else populate it. And when that person can't, just set my normal package back to 20% each, which sets my offense back to what it has been this season.

While this job will require some work, it will let someone with mainly Silver OC experience take their skills to the next level and see how they do in the Gold level and get better in general. I fully plan on teaching this person how I scout teams so they can improve their own system by taking the best elements of their style and my style. Learning my scouting style requires a good knowledge of how defenses work, so that will be part of it, which will further enhance the skills of this person. I have been pretty successful teaching people my systems and having those people modify it to suit their own needs and become very good PWG coordinators.

This is a great offer for any silver coach or inexperienced Gold coach. I still remember Gerr teaching me lots of defensive concepts back in season 15 that I still use today! You won't regret taking him up on this offer!

I may have misunderstood but he mentioned it wasn't a job for beginners in the OP.

I said not for a rank beginner. I don't expect someone with heavy PWG experience.

Either way still a great teaching tool even for more experienced coaches
