Yeh seems like Hold Ground and Run Blk Awr are for Run Stoppers, Blitz Awr & Pursuit for Pass Rushers? Then Def Consitency applies to both?

Pursuit is applied in getting to anyone with the ball. It is a great skill for both. It is the driving force behind Closing Speed so it is like one of the top things to run stopping.

2 Questions, kinda OT:

By "driving force" I assume you mean "powered by" in the ability description, what does that mean? Does the powering stats factor into the X% chance of activating, the duration of effect, just the situations that allow it to roll, or all three?

How often does closing speed apply to a player who isn't too far away from the ball to have an impact?

Yes "Power By", and I would assume the higher pursuit is the faster you are to the ball (at least that is the way I take pursuit in general). The activation and duration are both powered by how much you have in closing speed.

Closing speed would largely apply to LB's and SS's on pitch plays imo. Those are where I make good use of it.
