i think this is extremely important for glb2 in that it is a new game and newcomers and those who have been referred to this game are gauging its enjoyment. i already see complaints from players who are not being placed on the depth chart for teams that have joined. personally, i feel players should automatically be added to the bottom of the position chart they are playing in.
i can imagine the disappointment of a new player who is not playing games because owners do not (or will not) place them on the dc. i don't know what the penalty should be, but perhaps it should be a chem penalty or something. hopefully, players also have the ability to release themselves after two missed games or something.
