Every time I make a new HB I will get no offers from any CPU teams and when I search for offers it says that no CPU teams can make me an offer. Every other position I make doesn't have this problem.

Not sure if it's a bug but it seems like it to me.

Ya I tried the same and it says there are no teams that meet my need.

scratch that, still CPU HBs on some teams

Low demand

still seems kinda assinine to have human players sit unused and cpu players with contracts

and also when creating players it says "AVERAGE DEMAND" for HBs
