Instead of Having Just Fire User below the name of the Team Staff Position, Include a drop Box.
The Drop Box should read or similar to;
Fire User
Resign User
Recommend User
Release with Honors.
The old Forum Post was about a point system for Coaching and or GM's.
This could help The Staff members acquire points to help them build on their Resume.
