Run Blk Awr - The ability to find and react to defenders while run blocking.

For a blocking FB, what are the situational differences in how often the Lead Blocking vs Run Blocking will trigger? Any examples of replays to illustrate both? I can't imagine where Lead isn't always applied, unless the FB is used OOP on the O-line.

If defenders are found/reacted to by lead blocking, is the block based off Run Blk Power/Tech? Also, any remote chance of lead blocking leading to a pass block (e.g. screen passes?)

Probably a mix of both. Lead blocking probably better for pitches out in space while run blocking better for any sort of run.

There aren't many, but there are a few plays where the FB does not lead block.
