I know we are all rookies but it seems a bit excessive. Thumbs up on GLB2 so far though.

I suspect it will start to clear up once games start being played. I don't recall ever seeing 0 chemistry on the test server and I don't remember seeing nearly this many, even at rookie level, with full chemistry.

What is the progression for chemistry?

among other things, I doubt many people are really laying into Leadership and Drop Back Grip at this point.

I don't remember that either on the test server, they all had full chemistry. Not sure how quickly chemistry fills up Cavalier since we did not see it during testing.

Cool, I was not in during the first season. How long did it take to progress?

I never had a problem.
The Leadership skill is very important in keeping morale high and in making good hand-offs.
Also don't offer low contracts to your C, QB, or HB.

I'll check, there may be a bug in the calculation, doesn't seem like it should be happening half a dozen times a game.

I think the issue is that on the test server everyone started with 100 chemistry. It seems like in "GLB2 - live!" we start with 0 chemistry and have to build it up.
That would be where the problem lies.
