When watching the replay have the capability to see the players name as you hover your mouse cursor over the player...it is possible now after the play (sometimes) but would be great if you could do it while play is being watched.

Agree (I think it works when you have the game paused). Also might have an option to have the player names on the side of field instead of at the bottom so you can see the current lineup for every play without having to pause the play and scroll down. Would also be great to get live stats.
Or at least have the option to have your own players automatically highlighted

Click the little gear at the bottom of the replay window. There is an option to highlight your players on the field.
