I joined teams with 2 of my players and they got released. When I go to find new offers it says there are are no teams that fit my players play style...

You created a HB and QB...So did the other 90% of GLB2 users. They have already made new leagues based on how many people were on the "buying a team" waitlist so there is no point in making a bunch of leagues full of CPU teams. If there are no teams left that need a QB/HB then just create a higher demand player.
