So, Superstar players are 20% better than regular players.

You have to build a ton of dots to get a superstar

You're only allowed 3 superstars.

How much flex will it cost to make a superstar?

Seems like a dupe-account nightmare, and you'll have teams littered with superstars from the power users, and your everyday GLB2 agent will be out in the cold.

IMO, this is not going to go over well with your average player

Superstars do not cost anymore.

Teams will only be able to sign so many superstars because of salary limits. We have been working towards making that a reasonable number, but will continue to tweak salary values to keep the shear number of them per team in check.

It also doesn't quite work out to 20% better. There's the opportunity cost of not taking another trait, plus the cost of skills scale higher and higher, so the 20% doesn't get them 20% further.

IMO, this is not going to go over well with your average player

So you have to build many players to get one of your guys to be a superstar ? How may players would that be ?

4 guys to end build to make a QB HB or Lb
2 guys gives you a blocker kicker punter or DE
3 guys mean everything else.

You can only make 3 superstars.

And superstars get paid 150 percent more. So buying one can stop you from getting any more good players.

people don't understand that we have a salary cap here

It became very tough to stay under the salary cap during testing when you added Superstars. I had a team I was testing with that had 6 superstars, but I could only have 38 players on the roster to stay under the cap and one of them had to have a Low salary. There are definite trade offs to having superstars and you just won't be able to have a roster full of them. They are fun to build and watch though.

Not true.

I thought we reduced salary as being such a big part of GLB because there was so much fuckery and manipulation with it? Seems like this is ripe for the same stuff.

The fuckery existed in the fact of people using one team's money to fund players equipment before bringing the players to their other team.

That doesn't really exist here.
