What is this on defensive stats

I think it is like holding someone to no YAC or something. I asked this on the server and now I forget.

This is preventing a runner from gaining extra yards after contact.

There was no hit stick in tecmo, you're thinking Madden

Tecmo you just had to keep hitting B faster, so you can shake them off .... maybe it was A, but you get the point. Or just pick Christian Okoye and run through people!!
