Planning a Scrambler, not a runner, with the following attributes by about Lvl 58. Can he succeed or be built to this level?!?. The team would be fairly balanced with a slight run orientation: 55% Run, 45% Pass with good Speed WRs and a couple of possession WRs. Plus a couple Combo TEs with good agility. Target is for Frannie Tarkington below to throw about 15 times/game. What do you think and how would you upgrade him?

Strength: 50
Speed: 65:
Agility: 75
Stamina: 44
Vision: 83 (with bonus points included)
Throwing: 105 (with bonus points included)
Carrying: 35

From what I know he needs higher strength speed and throwing maybe vision but not as much

You'd have to sacrifice so much to get speed to a respectable level that I'm not sure a scrambler is viable at the pro level.. I've tried a scrambler before. They can be frustrating as they tend to run/walk into so many sacks.

Since your planning a scrambler not a runner I think you need higher speed throwing and way higher strength.
