off-season/preseason were needed when there were changes in the SIM from season to season.

Now that it is stable and no changes (or fixes) being made, cut that in half for both off-season and preseason.

I agree the off season is WAYYYYY too long, but we need the coaches and GM's to gt ready for the season. But maybe shortening it just a few days would be cool.

hey, i just thought of something new.... shorting the offseason will cut down on about 3 months worth of wasted dot building... meaning it wont take 1+ years for a dot to become plateaued.... help the game survive longer, shorten the offseason, speed up dot building without having to change the structure

i really want to build an intercepting Defensive line, but i dont want to wait 15 months to see if it works
