All they had to do was to allow teams to cut/release players as soon as they are eliminated and allow contracts to be sent and agreed to (except for still contending teams), we could have put the recruiting delays and the lengthy off-season behind us a long time ago.

Shorten the offseason and allow teams not in the playoffs or eliminated from the playoffs to cut and sign players with the 1 point chem hit instead of the full regular season cost.

Sweet, since voting is active again, that must mean some of that stuff will be implemented!!

But maybe the free agents would just stop lolligagging around thinking about the offers so long.

It would be nice that if this was implemented it was hand in hand with a stream lined bulk offering system too. Like a check box, canned PM and Offer Message system so I can say "Hey here is what I want what I plan to do with this position, link to team (for the PM) and click send it goes to the twenty guys I checked in some list I compiled (from market place or search, for instance).

Should have free scrimmages between Day 41-48..or something like 2 per day per team. The off season is very boring, at least would give some guys something to look at while waiting for the new season to start.

The off season was extended to account for Sim changes and there are 0 Sim changes in 5 seasons now and forever moving forward. Recruiting is easy now that there are 46357643 teams folding every season.

The op accounts for training points and Sim recovery. Coordinators haven't had to adjust for any Sim changes in forever.... A few new routes last season that took about 5 min to install.

Op has 0 lost chem or tps

we won gold. the fact that none of the other human teams could even recruit half a roster just shows how useful having 16 days of recruiting is. most of the people saying that they need more time are ignoring the fact that the player base has dwindled to almost nothing. you can give most unplanned teams 2 months to recruit, and they still wont fill their rosters, because the players just dont exist any more.
