Plus they are out to prove some idiotic point that waiting to boost will allow them to dominate the Playoffs. Im sorry, but 15 measely points wont do jack squat. Its going to cost 3 points per skill so basically they will only be able to increase one key attribute by 5 ? Wow. Amazing !
