that looks like a run of the mill type speedster

If you're looking to build a fake based WR, then all 3 fakes should go to 8+ and more agility wouldn't hurt.

UD and AI are % chance to fire, so they should be maxed out, and 30 VPs is a huge investment

Meh...FS/HF/Juke all pretty low. As is Catch Fake kinda. Woulda like to see that build with FS, Juke, and CF being around 10 and no CIS. Also I would ditch Sure Hands and possibly one of UD or AI depending on where your fame is.

Ran Awe Inspiring on my WRs for a while now since they all have higher Fame than most secondary dots, but I don't really see a difference
