Looking for an experienced OC. Two offenses I do not want to run: Rushing QB and Long Passing. West Coast, Smashmouth, Balanced, whatever is fine. Don't like the rushing QB, and don't want one, and as a defensive minded guy, I don't want to see the Long Passing, since it will often mean my defense will be on the field too long.
That being said, I would like an experienced OC that can provide some players to the team. The more the merrier. You will be in complete control, until you implement one of the two offenses I am not interested in
You will be responsible for player recruiting (feel free to find a recruiter to help if you'd like), player development, gameplanning, and offensive adjustments and player tactics.
Would also like someone interested in running the ST and creating P/K/KR guy. STOPs would also be nice.
