It maxes out at 10% penalty for 0 chemistry and 0% for 100 chemistry. It's just an attribute hit.

It's more just a product of the blockers blocking where the defenders are going. If the G doesn't block the LB he's supposed to, it's probably a vision failure.

If a guy has literally no players at all to block, he falls back into his blocking "zone." Often times they'll probably double team somebody, though, which could conceivably create a gap. Like I said, if a guy's not blocking somebody they should, it's probably vision failure.

1) He knows the max catch height of both and chooses his throw point based on a scoring method for where a receiver can reach the ball but a defender can't (including height). Hower, passes to the "numbers" are given a higher priority.
2/3) No, just the player's attributes.

Haven't had any reports of this being an issue. If you believe it is an issue, then present the data to me via pm (and by data, I mean actual conclusive numbers not just "this is OP") and I'll take a look at it.

I'm kinda confused...are you wondering if the movement is random? The ball carrier always moves away from defenders as best he can, heading toward spots where there are no defenders.
