I spent 3 seasons building up cash and revenue and now i need some help managing the human players. If you want to help build a team from the ground up let me know.

No offense here bucket but your team would be very hard to do anything with. your roster is littered with players in decline and what looks to be some awful builds. the money you say you have been building up doesn't mean anything if you are having to use crappy built dots. if you wanted to start a rookie team from scratch I would offer to help you get started. I can help you with the planning and design of the team. I am not one of the guys in the know on the game. but I do field competitive teams each and every season. If you want to talk PM me and we can discuss some stuff. but the way your current team sits. you would be lucky to be able to recruit half a roster of dots worth having. and even at that your team wouldn't be competitive at all.

Hatchman, I well aware of the quality of players on the team. This is what i meant when saying i want to build a team. Most of the players on the roster are just to fill spots because i want to field a human team and not a CPU team. The money is important because it means i can field a full roster without going bankrupt.

lol, you need to build a team before u can get good coordinators. your doing it backwards. no good coordinator is going to walk in to a team that is not built. trust me. i am the co owner of a season 4 team we are 46 real /50 effective as a roster. we have a higher lvl effective than any team in the elite conference. we are solid from top to bottom. we have been building this for ten seasons. we lost our offensive coordinator and cant even get any one to respond, or get any serious interest from any coordinator. either way, i would get something built on your team first, other than money, before looking for a serious coordinator.

well lets look at it this way:
#1. your will have a very hard time finding players to fill your team. basically the good built players will mostly already be signed to teams long term and won't be willing to sign with your team because. you have no coordinators and your team doesn't have a history of any success with you as a owner.
#2. It doesn't matter how much money your team has if there aren't enough decent built players to fill the team. so basically you could have all the cash in the world and it isn't going to do you a damn bit of good.
#3. I offered to help you get yourself a team started at the rookie level. and basically get you off on the right track with a successful team that would be filled with decent built dots. but it is clear that you aren't interested in actually listening to someone that is trying to help you out. so I will leave you alone and wish you the best of luck in your endeavor.
