I think that is the basic idea of what is supposed to happen, but I think that can become clouded at times depending on gutting and amount of decent teams available to be promoted.

Ah. Things have changed a bit more drastically than I realized since my previous team was still around.

At any rate, Midgets are done unless they win out (including the D9 game) and Puff loses out (including El Camino). They were this || close to beating us though, and it would be a totally different ballgame right now if they had.
