The only thing I care about is Texas winning....I couldn't give a crap about JF or anything aggie, but your problem is you want to idolize this 20 year old kid and overlook all his transgressions because he won a few games for aggies and won the heisman. Nothing against his play, he's good, but he wont survive because he's already following in the footsteps of all the other players who don't respect things. Not all 20 year old college students have been arrested EVEN for something minor (I bet it's less than 10%). Face it, the guy is headed on the wrong path and I don't see things going right for him in the long run...

Your boy doesn't get the fact that you can't live the fast life and survive at the highest level. No one has, it's not a cut on him, it is fact.
He is oblivious to the sacrifices and self-denial it takes if you want to maintain being The Man, and/or perform at the highest level for any period of time. Unless he changes, he'll be known as Crash and Burn in the not too distant future. I hope he wakes up and matures soon as I think the kid is super talented and extremely exciting to watch.

Do I like the way he has handled everything? Of course not. I would prefer he kept his partying under the radar and not have it make headlines. Will he burn so bright he burns out? Possibly, although I would prefer it to be after this season is over of course. I just laugh at how our rivals and some in the media are trying to vilify him for his "transgressions" as im4ut999 put it, but what has he really done? He got in a fight outside a bar and was caught with a fake ID. That is the worst of it. I have talked to former players who described that as a normal Thursday when they were in school. He isn't "allegedly" raping girls on bowl trips while a teammate watched in the corner...
