Should I keep him or should i retire him and start over?

If I do retire him what would be the best day to recreate him?

Best day to create any player is day 41.

Many good builders will tell you you can save it... and how to do so. I would retire and try again. Trying to save it would be easy for a highly experienced builder... not so easy for less experienced builders. Some of the things you did "wrong" are the same things most every builder has done when they first started. By what I see you put SP's into other skills besides your primary (throwing) which you shouldn't have done. You throwing skill should, by now, be in the 80's natural (meaning without added points from EQ). Stuff like that is something learned over time so don't beat yourself up.
