I have two man coverage CB's that are level 55 and I am trying to plan out their end build and one of the skills that I am really stuck on is Confidence? Is it really worth taking it past the first cap and if so what should I aim for at end build.

between 40 and 55, I don't find anything higher than that is beneficial.

Aim for 40.
That's all you need for the OTK Vet Ability. Any farther than that and you are wasting SP's/TP's.
