Can you get away with mid 50s for these or does one or the other or both need to be second capped?

I would imagine stamina would depend on the number of centers on the team. I cannot answer that question.

I'd shoot for 60 stamina minimum (higher would be better) and 60ish confidence.

Definitely the stamina (per DiMo28)... but the jury about confidence is as hung as it ever has been. Personally, I'd get it at LEAST to 1st cap. But that's just me.
