any advice on where i should go from here?

I also have 6 unspent skill points and 40 bonus tokens

keep working speed to at least 81 probably 87 or so...be sure you have 3 stars on speed for increased training...also start preparing to quad train. When to start doing that varies based on who you talk to

U do not need any more SP's spent in speed, u can cap 1 more time if u like but anymore after that is just gimping the rest of your build. 3* enhance as stated is a very good idea, even 5 works, just pick one of the 2. If u unlock SPD for multi stick with 3 but if its in the free slot then id probably go with 5 myself but up to u. Multi with agility, Vision and Jumping. 3* everything besides SPD and stick with them all for a while. Take each to the 4-5 cap and u will be fine for a 3 AEQ build. CB is not the easiest position to build that is why I dnt like spending too many SPs on your main because it leaves u thin in other areas, most CB's will want some tackling possibly catching and most certainly a good amount of SA's to go with EQ which is % heavy. I suggest SV, SDC, Swat ball and CD as good SA options. One more thing, train speed till it will hit around 98-101 or so natural, use this chart for quick SP calculations if u dnt feel like wasting 10 minutes on the VPB =
(.5) 1-21 = 10 SP gain ~ 2 lvls = 1
(.38) 22-29 = 3 SP gain ~ 3 lvls = 1
(.28) 30-37 = 2.25 gain ~ 4 lvls = 1
(.21) 38+ = 8.8 SP gain ~ 5 lvls = 1

The SP gain part is the number u increase during that lvl span, example, if he had 85 VIs at say lvl 37, he would gain 8.8 more vis just from lvling before he was finshed so roughly 94 total
