Ohhh! Called out! We probably won't play each other unless it's in week 1 or in a tournament.

You'll probably beat us if you do this season. I think the word is out that we suck because hardly any FAs will sign with us this offseason for teams that just got into elite. I have a feeling we'll sneak into the playoffs with a 7th or 8th seed and be a one-and-done this time.

Buy more flex and build more players, or enjoy the lol-minors for what they are.

The gap won't close until we're all in Pro and can all get rid of the builders who went AWOL, or the builds that just didn't flourish.

Todd and I have been there and done that with the recruiting crap; we've been around since Season 1. Hell we've even tried it with friends from work, but they still didn't pan out and couldn't listen to what needed to be done. The fact still remains that if all you have to worry about is game planning and winning; this game is a lot more enjoyable.

One of the fun aspect of this game as an owner should be about recruiting as well not just about game planning and winning.

Indeed. I was out of the country for a little over a week and forgot to do it before I left. Internet was spotty and when I got back, Juice hadn't looked at the team either. We should suck worse than we usually do this season.

From a one agent team perspective, before I began a one agent team, recruiting and collaborating with other agents made me want to walk away from the game. I like the game. I don't like the b.s.
It still happens but I've learned to pick my collaborations very carefully.
It's still tough for one or two agents teams, except for teams named Chefs, to win at the top levels.

Been doing this for 3 cycles of players now, just now got good building dots. Its not about having flex at all. You have many agents that own a full team, it never directly translates to success. I miss your point completely about not earning what we have accomplished. Having all players get their tactics on the same page or avoiding people going inactive is part of being an owner. We simply avoid all that now. Having a capable oc and dc with good builds is how you are successful.
What 1 or 2 agent team does is simply cuts out the b.s., or atleast minimizes it. If i go on vacation or miss time it shows across the board on defense. Being successful requires dedication in time and finances. I havent spent a dime in 5+ seasons because i had players on multiple teams and my own operation. It ends up being 15 bucks a month or so.
My advice to those is to simply try it if they can and find out if it is truly the player builds or the gameplan that isnt successful. You will learn much.

Also, i dont want to recruit a player that i feel i can make myself the same way or better in some cases.

Mentone definitely earned every trophy they have.

Being a 1 or 2 agent team is a bit easier as far as the dots being built 100% perfectly to suit the system, and never having to worry about recruiting, inactives, or player tactics. However, it doesn't change the fact that you still have to have good dots in the first place, and you have to have good coordinators too.

That being said, I like the agents on my team. Our forums are fun, and its a big part of why I play the game. I have a feeling that the Jackals would be a bit better if I owned most or all the dots, but it wouldn't be nearly as fun.
