Its a good build, the reason his stats don't reflect that is because not many coordinators have been able to successfully pass in this sim between rookie level and semi pro. Don't blame the "playa'" blame the game.

He needs Agility, Stamina and Confidence as well as the 4 SAs that you've already invested in. Cap Stamina first.
