Eh if someone wants to blow their team chemistry and bring in 40 level 20 players next season (and that's if they can find them and afford to pay them), more power to them. They'll rock the next season and move on up to the next league. It's only two months. I'll still be here playing and enjoying the competition.

Also, there is the xp scale which will make it less desirable for players much higher level to join the league
