You havent built very efficiently, you can see that from your lvl/effective lvl 38/37! My throwing is 126+ and my second attribute is 84+ allready! And why you will not get a good team for yourself is because QB are the most made dots with many of them being very good dot builders!

I havent built any scramblers before! But i would say that you should try to get carrying closer to 80 to break some tackles
