meh. Strength should have some investment since it's so efficient to train at that level. Stamina and tackling should still be at least at 60. I'd also like to know your AEQ choices.

preferably have CON at 40 for OTK as well

28 in any SA is overkill , and strength and confidence are too low .

strength and stamina that low will ruin you.
60+ stamina, get strength at least into the 30's.
