i think you should have two pieces of make tackle gear and your choice of avoid fake or PD. i'd go for the avoid fake here, even though i'm not talking about man coverage.

the question is, what do you target as your fourth piece?

a 2nd make tackle % isn't completely necessary. If you're in a lot of man coverage, Shutdown coverage would be good.

On a similar SS I went

no reason to put a zone FS in a lot of man coverage, so that is not an issue. so deflect ball would be your next choice?

Some coordinators do it anyways. A lot of man blitzes are used in covering 3, 4, and 5 WR sets. You should check with your DC. I suggested it because it was an end of tree SA that may have some use. It's not ncessary to play good man coverage, many dots are capable of playing man without SDC.
