but how do you become a gm/oc/ or dc on this game, im new and cant see that feature anywhere?

You need an invite from a human owned team. GM status really doesn't mean much unless your given a defined role. If you're looking to OC/DC then pee wee teams are probably the best place to start. Check back frequently or create your own ad in the Players Looking for Teams section under the sub-section of Looking for GMs/DCs/OCs
