Is it possible to find any good equipment in the store for a Kicker or do you have make your own pieces? If it is possible to buy something for a Kicker, at what level do they start to appear in the store?

Make your own unless you want BB or Automatic. Even then I'd only shop for the first 2 pieces while you still have position flexibility.
Calm Nerves is only 17 BTs to create and like 12 BTs to buy, so that's not worth it.
You might get lucky and get a +3 kicking, but that's rare.

I agree with Choco since kickers (and punters) can be pretty awesome with only 3 pieces of AEQ. And kicker AEQ pieces are SO rare to find in the market that building them ends up costing less since you won't ahve to re-roll 50 times for each piece.
