Myself and my other Owners/Agents have been together for the past 10 seasons and are now looking for help getting over the playoff hump. We have had some really good teams but seem to come up short every season in the playoffs.
Also we could use someone who has good knowledge on player builds to help us build our players a little better.

Dropping the team down next season to start over from scratch.
