I think I've built my QB Correctly but the results just aren't there. Am I doing something wrong or just been on crappy teams?

22 sacks and 111 hurries. Your OL is struggling. If your OC doesn't do anything to counteract this, then your numbers will suffer.

Build is pretty good, so it comes down to OL that was mentioned above....the quality of the OC....and the builds of the WR/TEs.
EDIT: After looking at your team, looks like they are not even trying. Can't loose that badly every game to equal levels if you are. Make sure you are not on a farm team that is only there to get levels.
