What are peoples current opinions on VAs for safeties? Seems like quick and track star are useful. I found that long reach and ball hawks are not so useful. What about something like 3rd down or David and Goliath?

If your safety plays in zone and doesnt use ballhawk thats not a good thing

Depends on the build/AT, but Ball Hawk is a definite must-have in general. Anything that helps knock down passes and tackling (in general).
