150+ strength, 90+ agility (though because of pass blocking 100 agility minimum's are being established) and blocking, 80+ speed. Outside Blocker to 15.

Other helpful things are First Step, Pancake, Get Low.

I use pulling lineman but I still am not seeing it as a great value.

oh of course Hold block % aeq at least 2x.

I make tons of them because 1) Its a cheap dot to make for a team when someone asks for a player, 2) Its tough to screw it up too much, 3) I think I make decent ones, 4) for a few seasons I was always scrambling for a Center or an OT and said F that Im making four a season.

But in the mean time I kept signing free agent ones and now I have more O choices than I know what to do with.

All OG's and OT's benefit from Pulling Lineman. If your speed is 65 retire.

Are you sure about all OGs and OTs? I thought when I looked at the replays one of each on one side rarely comes out past the DE. IIRC the Right guard usually gets stuck on the D line on right sweeps. And the LOT gets stuck on the RDE or LOLB without going very far at all on left sweeps. There were some exceptions but usually did not seem to be often enough to warrant the VA space. Is that wrong?

As for not having room, how do you do OL VAs?

Yello -

Pulling Lineman works on screens now -- have you looked at how O-Lines move outside on screens? (Admittedly I have not).

As to how I (yes you asked bhall43 directly) provision OL VAs -- that is very dependent on how the OC wants to call his game. (OK, call me Cpt. Obvious), but I would have no problem getting Outside Blocker and Pulling Lineman to 15 - if the OC is going to take advantage of those builds (and if those builds work).

The pertinent quote here is that it's not a great value. Unless you plan on running outside more than 50% of all plays, you're wasting VA's. There just aren't enough plays, or opportunities for it to fire.

It could help you on 1-5 plays per game, but wouldn't you rather have 15 VP in something that will work 40 plays per game?
