So with the various blitzing and blocking changes being in place for a season now, what is the communities thoughts on what goes into building a better O lineman now?

Vision more important? Minimum? Is 60 something okay? Or does it need 70 or 75?

Agility? Can a run blocker get by with 75 or 80 agility? Or is 90 a hard line minimum? Or 95? Is Agility the New Strength?

And Blocking? Wasn't its value in the equation boosted? Is 100 Blocking mandatory?

Are run blocking centers even worthwhile versus the new nimbler Nose Tackles?

Is First Step still mandatory for run blocking? Or is there something better now?

Whats the state of the O Line in your opinion?

If you're asking whether it's a solid liquid or gas, I'll go with liquid.

The laughable thing is that I am sure you like many others have also flamed me for NOT asking for advice.

Fact - they shifted up the O line game last season.

Fact - that makes it a subject of GLB discussion.

Fact - this is where one discusses GLB subjects.

Isn't there better places to ask for advice?
FAQ?
Team forums?
Build advice forums?

Idk, personally I'd ask there before I asked glb main.

Yello truly does need his own public forum. Some should make a suggestion.

I have! I run speed script on the guards and tackles, check every play for their vision checks, make excel spreadsheets to keep track of how vision needs to be for them to pick up blitzes, how high their speed/agility need to be to make screens effective, and so on and so on.

You think I am just gonna share that info because you asked?
