Is it better to dump all 10 equipment points into one attribute like speed or would it be better to spread them out over speed, agility and vision?

Also, in what order in - terms of importance - would you rank the attributes and skills for a SS?

put all your points into 1 stat

From purely an economic point of view, your +stats should always go to your best stat, since at higher levels it will take more SPs when you level to improve.
