Ok, so I can get 1. Speed 2. Agility. But then should it be Vision, Strength, Tackling next and how high should they be capped.

If you are going with big sack+force fumble go tackling->vision->strength. As for how high, it's really up to how high you want to push your build's SA's. End build for tackling 80+ mid 70's for vision, now strength is really up to you, I got it to 74 and just barly had enough for SA's. I really cut it close.
