Ok so here it is..
Decided early on I wanted the +5% piece + 3 strength for the first two pieces. Went for BB and FF for all my D lineman.
Question basically is this: With my custom I'll get 3 upgrades which I had planned to use for the +3% in something. However when I attached it to the BB piece I saw it was only worth 1.5% for each. Aside from the fact that I probably should have read about that penality before spending the BT my question is this.
Would it be better to take the penality to add 4.5% to either BB or FF or would it make more sense to build a more well rounded guy and either go MT +9% instead or add another bonus +1 maybe?
Dunno I'm confused, on one hand this game seems to be going towards complete specialization with players. On the other it might be nice to be more well rounded.
