I was watching the sim today and I noticed that my prep team's STs unit was losing 2-3 morale the tick after the ball leaves the punter.

Anyone else notice this?

I've noticed all kinds of crazy shit with morale. Easily the worst aspect of this game.

Probably because the team is demoralized about having to punt the ball away?

I've seen 20ish point drops in morale after our opponent scores a TD and then we answer with a TD and have a 2-3 point recovery with our morale. It's obvious that the first team to have a morale spiral is fucked. That's why it's broken.

moar confidance

Confidence doesn't do much, if anything. Same goes for the morale saving VAs.

I've noticed it on STs. I assumed it was this level of players because their confidence is so low. I had thought of training confidence early but no way do I want to jeopardize other attributes at this stage.
