Yeah you should probably start over... You started with strength and it should be above 86 (without EQ) by now, also dont put SP on SA:s before you have done the attributes, for me its usualy at lvl 65-70. For DE:s str,agi,spd should be the highest attributes... But because all of them are not main attributes you should first concentrate on your main (yellow starred attributes). But i have usualy tried to get spd,str,agi combined value over 340.
When you start a new dot do this and you will get a good start:
