Thinking about the possibility of building an incredibly strong Gunslinger QB that can also run inside like a FB and pick up short yards. Thoughts?

He'd still have to have decent agility and speed. Doesn't really matter if he's so slow he breaks three tackles and still ends up being dropped in the backfield

Wouldn't the key be the O Line though? If he is lined up behind the center and the line can push forward a few yards, all that would matter would be if he could break the occasional tackle that got through. Easy for like 2 or 3 yards and a 1st down?
