I havent made any FB:s or blockers before... But i can say that you are balancing your build too early, you should keep on putting SP on your main attribute before going to second attribute, now you have 4 attributes that are first capped and one allmost capped while you should allready have your main attribute 7-8 capped! But offcourse it depends what you want of your build, if you want it to compete for a couple off his early seasons and then retire then its fine
This is a good way to start off a build:

Basic build plan for any .5 ALG dot
If going strength first then pick one pound below the maximum. If picking speed first then pick one pound above the minimum. Enhance the first attribute to 10%, train intense three times, enhance to 20%, then train intense until you have a nearly full bar at 32.9x. Convert 15 bonus tokens to a skill point and cap to 48.9x. Then boost. Next season you'll enhance to 30% and normal train, then second cap, then continue normal training, then third cap. At that point you'll unlock and enhance your attributes for multi-training. Unlock the first, second, and third attributes you plan to cap and enhance all to 30% when possible. Use the free first slot to rotate any other attributes you plan to cap eventually, enhancing each to 10%. Continue multi-training until the first attribute reaches anywhere between 90 and 100 depending upon your build plan. Skill points should be spent in the first attribute until it reaches between 73 and 85 depending upon your build plan and how many attributes you eventually need to increase.

A good lead blocker depends on the HB you're blocking for. If you're blocking for a Power back then you should have speed relative to his. Speedy RB you want to have more speed. The greatest purpose you'll serve as a FB is being able to get to your key block before the RB runs past you.
So many times you see the slow chunky FB can't get to his block before the RB gets by him and runs right into the man the FB should have been blocking.
You really want a good lead blocker, build your HB/FB as a tandem. Built the same way, only the RB gets Carrying, The FB gets Blocking.
Think this is wrong? Think about the guys the FB is going to block..OLB's most of the time, even the occasional Safety or Corner, but rarely does he hit a strong DE and almost never hits a DT. Strong against DE's is the TE's job. Build him to block OLB's and you'll see and improvement in your running game.

Slow strong FB's SUCK!

135 strengh, 105-110 speed, 90 block, 10+ first step and lead block SA. 22.5 to 25% Hold block AEQ

Strong slow blocker are the way to go, but it's an end build thing.
