Is it ok that I have put all these SP's into strength, or should I retire this guy and start over?

If I have to start over, what skills should I get to the soft cap first? I have read that speed DE's were getting mauled at one point, but not sure if that was balanced out by Bort

i think you should add some points into speed, it helps make those hurry's into sacks, and you don't have to worry about it now but your additional ability is not needed because DE don't get double teamed

If you want to take your dot to lvl 79 you should have kept on going with agi... To the point when you want to stop 7-10 cap! For a pass rusher you should not take strength upp as your second attribute because its a minor (blue star), you should concentrate on the yellow stared attributes. After you had worked with agi you should have taken speed as your second attribute then probably tackling before taking strength to the higths! I would play around with the build and retire at the end of season, then make a new one at day 40-41

Thanks, I'll play around and start over as you suggested. Do I go with agi first, or can I do speed?

There are as many opinions about how to build a DE as there are agents playing the game. The biggest thing is if you build with a Pass Rusher archetype, its best to build up the primaries first.
Like kakashi said, if your intent is to get to world league then you'd probably want to go up to 81 on agility then bring up speed to the same or vice versa. But you definitely want to cap these two first as the ALG's will play an important role in getting to the over all level that you want to achieve. Down side of this type build is he'll end up on his ass a good bit starting out.
Speed or Agility first is up to you. I like the speed first approach myself.
Good Luck
