1) For offense i really like the West coast style, possesion-like receivers, big pass catching TEs. Taking long methodical drives that wear down the defense so0 i like to have depth at the O-line to rotate them and keep them fresh. On Defense i like to overpower with the D-line with strength and BLITZ BLITZ BLITZ, hopefully causing turnovers.
2) You should hire me because i have alot of time to spend on this game,gameplanning, recruiting, you name it. Im also bringing up some talented CBs through the D-leagues that could potentially join the team. Im also building a Kick Returner that could definately help the team out. Im also active in the forums and like to help all the players feel welcome.
