My Pocket Passer has 2 +5% pass quality and one 5% pass distance. My Custom equipment gives +4 to QR, so I am now thinking about that last one piece and what I should go for.

If your gonna use 4 into QR from custom u would be better of from a SP standpoint (assuming your taking these SAs to 10) to have just put 2 into QR and then the other 2 from your cust into one of the SAs from the tree. That option allows u to save 20 SPs instead of 18, not a huge deal just something that is a little more effecient.
